Cut the Asparagus, Mushrooms, and Celery, and place in a tossing bowl (or a bag)
Add the Sesame seeds and oil to the bowl and toss, then set aside
Dice the onion and toss with the garlic slices
Heat the Hemp oil in a large saute pan or skillet at medium heat (275 degrees), stirring until onion is tender
Add the tossed veggies and sesame to the saute pan
Cook at 275 degrees for about 5 minutes, then reduce heat to 200 degrees
Simmer for an additional 20-30 minutes until veggies are tender, stirring in the Spaghetti Squash
Soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
