Suggest a better descriptionIn a large pot or wok, heat the olive and sesame oils. Add the spinach, in batches if necessary, and saute over high heat for 1 minute or until the spinach just begins to wilt. Season with salt, pepper, and drops of lemon juice to taste and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
