Chop Celery, Red and Green Pepper into small pieces and mix together. Layer at the bottom of the bowl.
Chop lettuce, green onion and red cabbage. Mix together and layer into bowl.
Next add peas (run under cold water for 30 seconds)
Add Hard boiled eggs, chopped onto salad.
Spread a thick layer of mayo on top of egg layer.
Top off with a layer of cheese and sprinkle with bacon bits.
