Place all ingredients in bowl and whisk together. Use plastic zippy bag to shake pork chops or chicken pieces which have been moisten with a little water. Do two at a time. Bake on rack over foil covered cookie sheet at 425 for 20 mins to 1/2 hour. Discard any excess mix.
You may omit the salt and change out the seasonings but it needs oil to brown properly.
