with the coating mixture and shake (1 to 2 pieces at a time) 2 1/2
pounds bone in chicken or 2 pounds moistened, boneless skinless chicken
breast halves Discard the bag along with any remaining mixture. Bake at
400 degrees in an ungreased or foil-lined baking pan until cooked through:
Bone -in 45 minutes. Boneless: 20 minutes. Do not cover or turn chicken
during baking. Yield: This recipe will coat a good-size chicken, or
several fish filets.
