Creamy spinach and artichoke dip
1. In a large skillet, sauté butter onion and garlic.
2. Add spinach and artichoke. Stir.
3. Stir I n cream cheese and sour cream.
4. Add Parmesan cheese and red pepper.
5. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
6. Cook at 350° until cheese melts, 20 minutes.
