Suggest a better descriptionThe trick is to mince the heck out of the kale leaves. Then toss everything but the apples & Togarashi together. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad, add salt & pepper and toss. THEN squeeze the lemon juice over and toss again. Put the slices on the plate as a bed for the salad.
The Togarashi is gently sprinkled over the salad once it's been plated.
