Easy to prepare
1.Boil water in a vessel and add the rice vermicelli to the boiling water and let it cook for 2 mins .
2. Check the vermicelli if it’s cooked and drain the water .Add some cold water and drain again to avoid over cooking of vermicelli
3. In a Pan , add oil and after the oil is heated , add mustard , Chana dal , Urad dal , Fry till golden n then add curry leaves . Add onions and fry till translucent and then add Peas .
4 . Once the peas are half cooked , add salt accordingly and turmeric . Fry for a min .
5. Finally add the Vermicelli . Mix well . Check for the taste and add salt if required .
6 . Add some lime juice and garnish with coriander
Please make sure that the Vermicelli doesn’t get over coooked when put in boiling water
