1:Heat ghee in a pan,add vermicelli fry in a low flame till it become a golden brown color....keep it aside....
2:pour water in the same pan till comes boiling point add fried vermicelli till vermicelli becomes soft ( boiled)...
3:next add sugar boil in a low flame...
4:finally switch off the stove, add fried cashews,raisins ...add powdered green cardamom and milk.....
