2. Place 1/4 cup beans in a bowl and reserve. Place remaining beans and 1/2 cup water in a mini food processor; process until smooth. Heat in a nonstick
skillet over medium-high. Add the beef; cook 8 minutes. Stir in chili powder, reserved beans, pureed beans and green onions. Cook 1 minute.
3. Arrange the tortilla wedges on a prepared sheet pan. Spray the wedges with cooking spray and broil 2 minutes on each side. Spoon the beef mixture
over the wedges.
4. Combine 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch in a bowl, stir with a whisk. Combine the cornstarch mixture and remaining milk in a small saucepan over medium-high
bring to a simmer. Stir in the cheese; cook 2 minutes until smooth. Combine 2 tablespoons of water and sour cream.
5. Drizzle the cheese mixture over the nachos and top with tomatoes, cilantro and salt.
