chicken fajitas

Preheat oven to 400. Combine chicken, bell peppers, olive oil, fajita seasoning, and lime juice in a large resealable bag and mix well to evenly coat chicken and peppers with oil and seasoning. Spread all ingredients on a foil lined baking sheet and bake 35 - 40 minutes until chicken is baked through. Serve on romaine lettuce wraps and top with yogurt, if desired.
