Add the spices in a bowl. Mix well. Reserve 2 teaspoons.
Pre heat oven to 400.
On a parchment lined pan. La all 4 pieces of fish. Spray with olive oil sprat and rub with seasoning mix.
Toss vegetables with a little olive oil spray and reserved spices and arrange around fish.
Bake 7 minutes. Flip fish and bake another 7 minutes.
