A classic British dish
Cook potatoes per bagged instructions. (Or boil 8 russets until tender). Either method add 1 1/2 cup Milk & 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Cook Corn, Peas, & Carrots per instructions.
Preheat oven 375. Heat 2 Tablespoons of Oil in a large pan. Add chopped onions. Add ground beef. Cook until brown & drain.
Stir in flour and cook another minute. Add Ketchup, Broth, Corn, Peas, & Carrots. Bring to a boil then simmer 5 minutes. Spread mixture onto bottom of 2 casserole dishes. Layer with mash potatoes on top. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Garnish with Paprika if preferred.
Bake 375 for 20 minutes.
Use 2 medium dishes for best results. Also use fork to score potatoes for crispy peaks & valleys.
