Mom's Pate Chinois
Bring potatoes to a boil. Drain water & add milk & butter then mash. In a large skillet combine onions & Sirloin - cook until well done. Drain oil & place in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Add corn then top with mashed potatoes - can make as many layers as you want just make sure your top layer is the potatoes. Top potatoes with butter & cook in 375 for 45 minute s until top is golden with light brown peaks
Feel free to add your own spices
Serve with ketchup or A1 sauce
