Combine ground beef, oats, egg, and a cup of matchup mixed with mustard.
Pat into a pie pan or round baking dish and bake in microwave for 15 minutes. ( or oven for 30 minutes)
After cooked cover with sauce of ketchup, mustard and syrup when cooked.
Cover with mashed potatoes (like icing a cake) and top with grated cheese. Return to oven until all is hot and melted.
