This takes a few minutes but it completely worth it. My husband raves about this.
Preheat oven to 350?.
Brown the ground meat and drain. Add the bbq sauce and wine or water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and simmer until soft. Add milk, butter & salt and mash.
Put the meat into a 9x9 baking dish. Pour the corn over the top. Cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle Cheese on top. Bake ~~at; 350? for 20-25 minutes.
