Easy to make mince meat dish
1. heat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Break up stock cube in a suitable jug
3. Boil water add to stock cube in jug
4. Peel and thinly chop 1 large onion
5. Peel and thinly slice 3 carrots
6. Put mince in large pan and cook until brown,
once brown, add onion and carrot. (optionally: may add butter)
mix together, ensuring onion and carrots completely covered.
7. Then add mixed herbs, (optional: oregano, thyme and bay leaves)
8. After a few minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool a little
9. Add flour and mix in until mixture has thickened (optional: add 4th spoon of flour), once all mixed in, add stock mix whilst stirring
10. Simmer for approximately 40 minutes, then add peas.
11. Grease an oven proof dish and then add mixture until dish about half full.
12. Put chopped and peel potatoes on hob to make mash
13. After 30 Minutes make mash potatoe
14. once, potatoes have been put on to boil (for mash) Cover mince mixture with mash then place in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
