Suggest a better descriptionwash, peel and cut potatoes into quarters. Put in a saucepan in cold water. Cook until fork tender. Drain. Brown ground meat with onion until fully cooked. Drain meat well. Add tomato sauce and simmer 5 mins.
Add meat to a 9x13 casserole dish. Drain green beans and put on top of meat in casserole dish.
Mash potatoes with salt, milk, butter, and sour cream and layer on top of green beans in casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees until sides are bubbling. Remove foil and allow potatoes and cheese to slightly brown on top.
