My Mom made this all growing up and it is a major comfort food in my house!
Brown ground beef, seasoning to taste. Spread on bottom of casserole pan. Top with creamed corn, the spread mashed potatoes over. Bake in a 350 degree until bubbling and top is browning at the ridges.
This can be made to suit anyone just by changing the flavor of the ground beef and the mashed potatoes
