Mix all the above in a blender. Fry bacon and line the pie shell, place veggies in pie pan.
Pour mixture into a pie pan, will fill 2 pie pans, and sprinkle shredded
cheese on the top. Bake for an hour on 350@.
Awesome hot or cold. I serve with a salad.
