Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl whisk 2 tablespoons of olive oil with garlic, lemon, salt, dijon mustard, red pepper and tamari. Add vinegar and mix thoroughly. Taste and add small amounts of olive oil until desired strength is reached, more olive oil = more mild taste.
This can also be done in a food processor or a blender for a thicker consistency (and no chopping gar- lic!). Store in jar in refrigerator.
