In large frying pan heat oil and saute onion, garlic, bell pepper, cilantro and bay leaf until onion is transparent.
Add rice and beans and heat well.
Serve with eggs, fried or scrambled, tortillas, sour cream and salsa. Make a complete meal by adding fresh pineapple, mango, watermelon, etc.
