A nice soup for a starter or a side, just like a consume with egg and chives. Like rindersuppe.
1. Put the water in a pan.
2. Heat, when the temperature is 70 degrees add dried bonito flakes.
3. On low heat for 20-30 seconds. Then, switch off heat.
3. After 30 seconds drain the soup.
4. Heat again and add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp salt.
1.To add egg, whisk eggs.
2. Boil stock.
3. Pour egg down a folk in to boiling stock slowly.
4. After all the egg has risen, turn off the heat.
Finally, add copped chives
