1. Rinse noodles and place aside.
2. bring a pot of 3 cups of water to a boil and add carrot and broccoli. Let it roll to cook these, just a few minutes till they are al dente. Then turn to low and add the tofu, celery, and noodles.
3. Add in the bouillon cubes till you've got the flavour you like.
4. Let it simmer. Add green onion and/ or cilantro to garnish each serving as you like.
