Suggest a better descriptionBlend all seasonings with sherry, oil & juice in mixing bowl. Add meat cubes. Marinate overnight or at least 8 hours. Place meat on skewers. Leave small gaps between each piece. Broil 3 minutes on each side. Place skewers on platter when cooked. Pour brandy over. Ignite carefully. Serve while flaming.
