From "Fix it Quick Chicken"
In 6-quart saucepot, heat BBQ sauce.
Season chicken, if desired, with salt + pepper. Add chicken to sauce. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Remove saucepot from heat.
Remove chicken from sauce. Using 2 forks, shred chicken. Return to sauce and heat through. To serve, arrange chicken mixture on buns and garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese.
