Suggest a better descriptionPut all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low heat, 7-8 hours or until tender. Drain meat and shred. Wrap beef in tortillas and place in lightly greased baking dish. Cover with enchilada sauce and mexican cheese. Cover dish with tin foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 additional minutes. Also great in burritos, tacos, tostadas, etc.
