1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large sheet pan with foil or spray with cooking spray.
2. Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on the sheet pan. Top with hot shredded beef, black beans, thawed corn kernels, sliced black olives and shredded cheese. Bake until hot and melty, about 5-8 minutes.
3. Top with fresh salsa and avocado, then drizzle with cilantro-lime sauce. Serve with fresh fruit.
