Suggest a better descriptionFrom: srasheed@juno.com (Sam M Rasheed) Prepare bunch of leeks by trimming tops and roots. In a pot of boiling water, cook leeks until tender, about 10-20 minutes and drain. Place leeks in a lightly greased with butter shallow baking dish.
