2 - Place ingredients, except bbq sauce, in a large bowl and mix well.
3 - Grease a 9 inch x 5 inch loaf pan with coconut oil. Put beef and pork mixture in the loaf pan and press down to even out the top
4 - Bake for 30 minutes or until nicely browned
5 - Top with bbq sauce and serve
