Dip and cold soup

Put everything except avocado and shrimp in a food processor. Blend until combined, no big chunks. Taste for seasoning and adjust to personal taste. Transfer to bowl and fold in shrimp and avocado. For vegan version don't add shrimp. Serve with chips as a dip or just eat our of bowl.
