New Years, Christmas any time- always great!
Mix the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and green onions. Line a bowl of the shape you desire with plastic wrap, overlap the sides (makes it easy to remove). Pack the mix into the bowl, wrap over the top and refrigerate a day (ok after 4 to 5 hours though).
When ready to serve, remove the mix from the bowl and place on a plate. Place about 2/3s of the shrimp onto the cheese mix and pour the cocktail sauce over the top. Save some of the sauce and shrimp to add to the cheese as needed. Serve with crackers.
