Lump crab and shrimp in a cake
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT oil and panko in a medium bowl. Put panko crumbs into shallow bowl. Using hands scoop balls of shrimp and crab mixture and form into patties. Cover with panko and place on plate or tray covered with parchment. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes to let them firm up.
Put oil into deep fry pan and heat until hot. Place shrimp and crab cakes into hot oil. Cook until lightly brown on both sides. Remove to paper towel lines plate to drain.
Can serve with dill mayonnaise dressing
Mayonnaise, chopped fresh dill, salt, pepper, heavy cream. Dijon mustard.
