2.Place shrimp in bowl and stir, coating shrimp with mixture.*
3.Put in refrigerator until Step #14.*
4.Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
5.Devein shrimp, if desired.
6.Bring broth, salt and crushed red pepper to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
7.Whisk in grits, and return to a boil;
8.Reduce heat to low, and stir in butter.
9.Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
10.Remove from heat.
11.Stir together eggs bread crumbs, green onions and Parmesan in a large bowl.
12.Stir about one-fourth of hot grits mixture into egg mixture
13.Add egg mixture to remaining hot grits mixture, stirring constantly.
14.Fold in shrimp until well blended.
15.Pour grits mixture into a lightly greased 11-x 7-inch baking dish.
16.Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes to 1 hour or until mixture is set. Let stand 10 minutes.
