Suggest a better description1. Bring broth to a boil and add 1/2 tsp salt.
2. Stir in Polenta and slow cook covered, stirring very 5 minutes, for 30 to 45 minutes, Add broth if necessary.
3. Remove from heat and stir in butter and cheese.
MEANWHILE:
1, Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
2. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and drain.
3. In same skillet, cook shrimp until pink.
4. Add lemon juice, bacon, parsley, scallions and garlic.
5. Saute for 3 minutes.
6. Spoon Polenta into bowls and add shrimp mixture.
For a spicier dish, add 1 tbs of Cajun spice to the cooking shrimp.
