Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Set aside. Add enough oil to the bacon fat to make a thin layer in skillet. Heat on med-high until hot. Add shrimp. Stir in mushrooms when shrimp starts to color. Add other ingredients and serve over Cheese Grits.
