Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 325. Grease a baking/casserole dish.
In large bowl mix bread crumbs, parsley, sherry, melted butter and egg. Add some lemon juice if it appears too dry.
In the same bowl place scallops and shrimp and mix as you would a meatloaf.
Place mixture in layers into baking dish in even layers and place slabs of butter in between each layer (Be generous with the butter!)
Bake covered for 25 minutes. Take cover off and bake another 10-15 minutes more.
