Shrimp Spice Mix: stir together 1 1/2 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp kosher salt, 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp ground red pepper.
Classic Cocktail Sauce: 1 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup prepared horseradish, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce,1 tsp hot sauce, kosher salt and ground pepper.
White Cocktail Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup horseradish, 1 tbsp fresh lime juice, 1 tsp thinly sliced chives, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp hot sauce, salt and pepper.
