Suggest a better description1. Add shrimp, garlic, diced onion, herbs and spices in a food processor. Pulse until all ingredients are combined. Do not create paste, you want chunks of vegetables and irregular sizes of shrimp.
2. Transfer to a bowl, add breadcrumbs and eggs, stir until mixture thickens.
3. Make fairly flat and large patties, fry on both sides just until shrimp turn pink and the outside turns crispy. 2-3 mins max per side.
