Melt butter and cook onion until it becomes soft. Stir in flour, mustard, cream,and salt and pepper to taste. When thick and smooth, add chopped shrimp. Refrigerate until chilled; form into cakes. Roll cakes in cracker crumbs and saute butter. Combine sauce ingredients and chill. Serve with sauce.
