Mix the pico, cucumber, celery, cilantro, Zing Zang & lime juice together and thoroughly chill in the fridge. Divide the shrimp and avocado into 8 schooner style beer mugs (or other suitable serving container). Fill each mug with the chilled Zing Zang mixture and garnish with a lime slice. For those that like theirs more spicy, let them add some Tobasco or other hot sauce to their individual mugs. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and an ice cold cerveza drink of your choice.
