Spicy cuisine that is Keto friendly
1) Melt butter in a stockpot over medium heat. Add garlic, green pepper, onion, celery and cook until tender.
2) Stir in tomatoes, broth, creole seasoning, hot sauce, and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper. Bring mixture to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3) Add shrimp to pot and cook until shrimp are pink. 4-5 minutes.
4) serve over caulirice and garnish with parsley and green onions.
