Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees F
Lightly grease an 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
Pour some wine in the bottom of the dish, just enough to cover lightly.
Arrange the shrimp in the casserole dish.
Mix together some of the butter, garlic, paprika, parsley and bread crumbs, or croutons~just so that it looks kind of like a coarse, wet sand.
Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over the shrimp, drizzle with remaining butter.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until shrimp are firm and topping is golden brown.
Top with fresh parsley, squeeze a little lemon juice over and serve immediately.
Serve with buttery squash and zucchini casserole, over linguine pasta, or mashed potatoes.
