Melt margarine in a three-quart sauce pan. Add onions and saute until tender. Add shrimp, continue sauteing until shrimp turn pink and opaque. Add peppers and half of pimentos. Add soups, cream cheese, salt, and white pepper. Stir over medium heat until cream cheese is melted. Cool. Put 1/3 to ? mixture in center of each tortilla. Roll up, place seam down in an oiled 9" X 13" baking dish. Top with remaining sauce, reserved pimentos, and shredded cheese. Bake at 325? for 30 minutes.
