Heat large skillet and saute garlic and onion. Add green peppers and carrots. Melt butter in skillet and add the seasonings. Boil and drain the pasta. Add the white wine and the cooked shrimp.
Toss the cooked pasted in the skillet. Top with grated cheese. Warm and serve.
Slice the carrots, onions and green peppers into matchsticks. Other vegetables and seafood items can be substituted or added to the recipe. I have used mushrooms, broccoli, snow peas, bay scallops, crabmeat and clams in this dish. It is one of my favorites. Don't be afraid to use lots of garlic!
