Cook pasta as directed. Drain and keep warm.
In large skillet, melt butter, stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire & soy sauces, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil & add shrimp. Heat for 2-3 minutes ONLY. Don't overcook! Serve immediately over cooked pasta.
