My boyfriend made this the first time he cooked for me when we were dating. He said "My food is very dangerous, cos it will make you fall in love with me". And now we have been together for 3 years ;D
This dish is a favorite in our household.
Boil pasta with olive oil and salt in the water
Boil shrimps for only a little while with salt in the water
Chopp/mince the onion and garlic, brown in pan with olive oil
Add shrimps and brown a little
Add the rest of the ingredients. You can add any cheese (and any amount) but we prefer parmesan cheese. The white wine is best if it's sweet. I really liked to use Riesling to this dish.
Rince the pasta and put on plate, add the sauce on top of the pasta. Sprinkle some olive oil and a little lime juice if you have some. And fnish with some sliced parmesan cheese on the top.
Serve together with a glass of the white wine you used in the sauce.
I hope you will enjoy it, and get luck in love, like me!
Don't put too much food on the plate, since it is very rich.
