Suggest a better descriptionBring large pot of water to boil over high heat. Put a bowl into oven to warm. Meanwhile, heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic; sprinkle with seasoning and cook, stirring, until shrimp turns opaque, about 2 minutes. With slotted sppon, transfer shrimp to warmed bowl. Add clam juice to skillet and bring to boil; boil 3 minutes (don't reduce too much). Prepare cornstarch and milk roux, using 1/4 c. of the milk. Stir in roux, the rest of the milk, salt and pepper; add asparagus, return to boil and boil 2 minutes. Meanwhile, add pasta to boiling water. Cook just until pasta is tender, 2-3 minutes. Drain. Stir shrimp and lemon peel into sauce. Toss with hot pasta.
