Suggest a better descriptionShell the shrimp. Take a bowl and fill with flour and add Joes seasoning to taste, mix in the shrimp so each one is lightly covered in the dry mixture. Take either a deep fat fryer or a pan with 2 inches of vegetable oil and bring to a medium high heat. Place the shrimp in the oil and fry for a minute, drain on paper tissue. Slice the bread in half and spread mayonnaise on one side, garnish with lettuce and tomato and sprinkle on Joes suff seasoning to taste. Place all the shrimp on the bread, fold together and slice in half.
