Prepare linguine as desired to al Dente, drain then add cold water and set aside.
Stir cornstarch and 1/4 cup clam juice together; set aside. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, garlic, #110 Supreme salt free seasoning; saute' until shrimp begin to turn pink; 2 to 3 minutes. Remove shrimp to a warm bowl. Add wine and clam juice to skillet; stir in cornstarch mixture; bring to boil stirring continuously; boil 1 minute. Return shrimp to skillet; heat 1 minute. Toss with hot linguine, parsley and lemon zest on warm platter or in a large bowl. Top with chopped tomatoes.
